Our holiday begins now!!!
We got to the hotel with plans to drop off our bags and come back later to check in, they took one look at our bags and surprise our room was ready, so we dropped our bags and off we went.

We had discovered that there were fishing/tackle stores that were quite big in Tokyo and we found Johshuya Fishing Store in Shibuya. This was our first mission and I do mean mission!! Our first time in the Tokyo rail system, with most of the lines operated by different companies. Thankfully I have some understanding of train systems and had done a little bit of research, Some lines were loops and others were bi-directional. Each had 2 platforms and depending on which platform was the direction taken, simple, kind of, I managed to not get us lost on the trains is the important bit.

Planning information
My list of things to see/do in Tokyo is pretty big, hoping I sleep on the plane so that we have the energy to do some of them.
Two must do's are below... Starbucks coffee sounds good.....

Shibuya Scramble Crossing
An iconic landmark in Tokyo, head to Shibuya Scramble Crossing to see upwards of 1,000 people crossing the multi-cornered intersection at a time. Despite converging in mass from all directions, pedestrians skilfully manage to avoid colliding with one another.
Throw yourself into the action, starting from the Shibuya Station end and heading towards Shibuya Center Gai across the street, which is home to hundreds of shops, bars and restaurants. Alternatively, head to the Starbucks directly above to snap a shot of the pedestrian horde below.
