​THE PLACES I TRAVEL
I was told by a work colleague that I don't go to the standard places, I always bring back memories that will last...
That might be because lounging by a swimming pool or drinking half the night is not really my style, if I want to lay around or drink.  I might as well do it at home.

I believe that if you are prepared to travel a long way, make sure you see as much as you can as you might not get the chance to visit again.  Coming from Australia, flights to most places are a long way.  To Dubai is 11 hours from Perth, followed by a flight to where ever the holiday begins.  
So make the most of it.

I thought I would share those memories for others to enjoy and for me to ponder over as time goes by.
I thought that by creating a web site with all my travels would be a great way to show off the fantastic photos I have taken in the past and to add to in my future travels.

​I was amazed with what I saw while doing my cruise in 2013 through Northern Europe and Iceland.
I wanted to share with my family and friends without going over hundreds and hundreds of photo's yet had no idea how to.

While I was organising Nathan and I for the South African safari my Sister-In-Law  had won and given to us.  I discovered the ability to create a web site which allowed us to include her in our travels, to enjoy at the same time as we did.

In doing this we were able to keep our family up to date and show

We also shared the site with the group of travellers we were on tour with, which kept their families up to date too.
With the knowledge of travelling to Egypt alone and to allow Nathan and the remainder of the family know where I am and to have them along with me.

2020 and all that went with it delayed adventuring and  2022 saw us go to up North to Karijini and all the way Kunnunurra and back again in our home state of Western Australia and 2023 we went back to Karijini to hike gorges we missed on our first visit. 

I have made this web site to include all my travels to be updated each time I embark on another adventure.
