​Day 1 Perth to Peak Hill

Peak Hill is the name of a goldfield, locality and the site of a gold mining ghost town in the Murchison Region of Western Australia. The gold mine covers 2,162 hectares and consists of four open-cut mines, titled Main, Jubilee, Fiveways and Harmony.

Peak Hill to Dales Gorge
Two choices of route, I wonder which way we will go?
Via Tom Price or Newman

The large camping area is within easy reach of Dales Gorge, Circular Pool, Fortescue Falls and Fern Pool and is a great place from which to explore the eastern end of the park.
27th to 1st July 2021

​Dales Gorge to Overflow campsite. to Dales Gorge to Wittenoom to Karijini Eco Retreat (2 nights)
2nd July 2021
​Day 8
​A long drive to Sandfire via Port Hedland an estimated 7 hours without including stops
3rd July 2021
​Day 9
Sandfire to Tarunda 
Only 6.5 hours for this one, thinking we might need to shop here, apparently there is an IGA.
4th July 2021
​Day 10
​Tarunda to Mimbi Caves
Short drive but site seeing before we head to Mimbi
5th and 6th July 2021
​Day 11 and 12
Just under 4 hours to get to Wolfe Creek Crater, with 2 nights here
7th to 10th July 2021
Day 13 to 17
A 4 hour drive to Purnululu National Park with 4 nights in the one campsite​
A casual 4 hour drive to El Questro Station but with a quick stop at Kununurra
