Katherine to Cooinda

It was an uneventful morning, just a dash into the chemist grabbing some more cream for the bites

It was an easy drive into Kakadu, bitumen all the way, however roads to some locations are 4wd accessible only and due to rains many places in Kakadu were closed due to road conditions.

We camped at Cooinda, our spot was probably furthest from the ablutions you can get, there was a lot of bush around, I think we could have parked up anywhere but a powered site and have no issues.

We booked in to the Sunset River cruise on Yellow Water. OMG the photo's do no do it justice,

We had dinner at the Bar/Restaurant, wandering back to our camper, we came across a horse and her foal just munching away on the lawn, unfortunately we did no get a pic.
